New Programs!
In Fall 2007, two new undergraduate majors were approved by NY State: Science and Technology Studies (STS), and Sustainable Urban Environments (SUE). These complement the undergraduate major in Integrated Digital Media, approved 2006.
New Faculty!
In Fall 2008, HuSS welcomed the following new faculty:
Katherine Isbister, Associate Professor of Digital Media
Luke Dubois, Assistant Professor of Digital Media
Faculty Moves:
Nancy Kwak, Assistant Prof of Urban History, left HuSS to join the Department of History at UC-San Diego.
In 2006-2007, the Department welcomed the following new faculty:
Myles Jackson, Professor of History of Science and Technology, and the Dibner Family Chair in the History of Technology and Science
